GOD IS GOOD!
After dodging a serious legal bullet, Memphitz walked away exonerated Monday after his case was dismissed for an armed robbery charge which would have seen him facing a decade behind bars if found guilty.
The music producer rejected a plea deal early last month regarding a felony charge stemming from a 2015 incident in which he allegedly pulled a gun on a car wash employee in Johns Creek, Ga. and accused him of stealing weed out of his Jeep Wrangler.
Memphitz’s PRAYING clearly paid off, as the case was scrapped by the judge on Monday.
The former husband of Lil Wayne’s ex Toya Wright broke the good news via Instagram with a photo of himself standing next to his attorney. “Thank you to my main man & attorney @KingCoby316!!,” Memphitz captioned the pic. “Case dismissed! Love you my guy! I can get back to my life now.”
