Yes you saw it correctly, the Georgia inmates that were accused of killing corrections officers have now been captured. Ricky Dubose and Donnie Rowe were handcuffed and lying face down on a home driveway in Central Tennessee. Nearly 60 hours before, authorities launched a massive search after the inmates escaped from a state corrections bus in Central Georgia and killed two prison guards.
While on the run. the pair stole five vehicles, robbed two homes tied and terrorized an elderly couple and led police on a 100mph high speed chase.
The bravery of a homeowner put an end to the 3-day manhunt. The inmates ran through a wooded area to a home on Pruitt Rd. in Tennessee. The homeowner looked outside and saw the suspects trying to steal his vehicle. The homeowner called his neighbor and both armed and guns, confronted the fugitive. Both Dubose and Rowe surrendered and lay in the driveway of the homeowner’s driveway.
