MORE AND MORE DELIBERATING… STREETZ HAS DETAILS!! According to CNN, jurors have failed to reach a verdict Tuesday and starting today will begin another day of deliberations as the continue the trial for aggravated indecent assault.
Prosecutors say the famed comedian drugged and sexually assaulted Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee, at his home near Philadelphia in January 2004. Cosby has plead not guilt to all assault charges against him and has remained adamant about his defense.
The three charges accuse Cosby of assaulting Constand without her consent, assaulting her when she was unconscious, and assaulting her using drugs to substantially impair her ability to consent. He could face up to 10 years in prison for EACH charge.
To make matters worse an episode of the beloved Cosby Show recently aired on TVOne showing Cosby crushing up pills. We’ll keep y’all updated.
