Colin Kapernik made it legendary by kneeling during the national anthem and has inspired many athletes to show justice to our country. Sociologist Dr. Harry Edwards donated Colin Kapernicks jersey, shoes, and photos to be displayed inside the African American Museum to be displayed beside the Muhammed Ali Exhibit.
Although it may not happen instantly, the museum’s curator of sports plans to display new material in the exhibit for the next two years. Colin Kapernick is a free agent, but he is also trying to do things outside of football that will be remembered in the future.
