Every year Forbe’s releases the top 5 hip hop leaders in terms of $MONEY$.
Leading the pack (once again) is Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs at the number 1 spot with an estimated net worth of $820 million. A master brand strategist, Puffy has millions rolling in from Ciroc Vodka, Revolt TV, and the epic Bad Boy Reunion Tour of last year.
Coming in at number two is husband, father, and rap star Sean ‘Jay-Z’ Carter. Getting pretty close to Diddy, Jay is not far behind from coming in at an estimated worth of $810 million–$200million more than 2016.
Holding onto the top 5, coming in at number 3 is Dr. Dre. Still reaping off of the benefits of his headphone empire, Dr. Dre is at an estimated worth of $740 million.
Next up we have someone we must make sure to put some RESPECK on his name, the fourth spot goes to the one and only Cash Money Birdman. Far behind but still above many, Baby is at an estimated $110 million. 
Last but certainly not least rounding up the list is Drizzy Drake who take the number five spot with a worth $90 million. Now that’s the definition of ‘More Life’.
It’s safe to say these spots will be solidified the next couple years. Get that schmoney boys!
