It has been confirmed that rapper Blac Youngsta (real name Sammie Benson) was arrested by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police department in connection to the “100 shot” shooting involving Memphis rapper Young Dolph which happened February 26, according to Fox 13 News.
The Memphis native rapper, Blac Youngsta, is currently being held on charges of “discharging a weapon in an occupied dwelling or moving vehicle,” as well as felony conspiracy.
Young Dolph was riding to his concert when 100 rounds of shots were fired at his vehicle, TMZ reports; no one was injured in the accident. Along with Benson, 20-year old Antavius Gardner and 23-year old Frederick Black have also been charged with six counts of discharging a weapon into occupied property and felony conspiracy. All three men turned themselves to Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday (May 16).
The investigation is ongoing.
