IS MEMPHITZ GOING TO JAIL?
Former Mr. Toya Wright was accused of robbing and menacing victim at car wash for stealing marijuana out of his car. Memphitz is being offered a plea deal to put an end to his case but it involves major prison time. Fulton County District Attorney has offered Memphitz 10 years in jail an d 15 years of probation in exchange for pleading guilty to armed robbery, aggravated assault with deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
