TRY AGAIN, HONEY BOO BOO!Blac Chyna won’t be calling herself a Kardashian anytime soon — or ever.
Despite being Robert Kardashian’s rumored fiancé and mother to his first baby, Dream, the video vixen and beauty business owner’s efforts to trademark the name “Angela Kardashian” have been rejected, according to TMZ.
Blac Chyna, whose legal name is Angela Renée White, reportedly filed the petition back in May 2016, as a “protective measure” before tying the knot to Rob, White’s lawyer Walter Mosley.
“You protect and lock it up. It makes sense to be Mr. and Mrs.,” Mosley said.
Now, the gossip site claims Rob and Chyna are not following through with their marriage plans in the near future — which was the initial purpose for the court request. In the Kardashian’s December opposition to the request, the sisters claimed White was “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of their famed name.“They are hoping to resolve it amicably, the girls, because they do love Chyna. The girls are just protecting their interests because that is their brand. It’s a complicated business issue.”
