It is reported that Sheree is having financial issues concerning her Atlanta mansion. “Chateau Sheree” is not a stable resident and contractors working on the house are not getting paid acceptable wages; one has even garnished her wages, which has resulted in several lawsuits. Master Craft Stucco of Buford is one of the companies that has won a judgment against Sheree and was awarded $26,586.41 with an additional $1,981.50 in interest and court fees. Because “Chateau Sheree” is not in her name Master Craft has not been able to find a bank account in her name to garnish her funds. Wait–there’s more! Sheree owes Heritage Landscape Group of Flowery Branch $10,012.50 for landscaping work. “Chateau Sheree” has put Ms. Whitfield in the whole with a negative balance of $348,404.43.
