TREY SONGS FACES CHARGES FOR PUNCHING COP!
Sooo many celebrities are being sued, going to jail, or stuck in jail nowadays.
Tremaine Neverson, who is Trey Songz government name has appeared before Wayne County Circuit Judge Dana Hathaway via video for his arrangement yesterday.
Trey Songz is facing chargers for punching a cop back in December after police threatened to arrest him.
According to reports, he allegedly became violent learning that he had to the stage since his show was over.
……. Yeah.
Judge Hathaway put in a not guilty charge for him which would have reduce the felony charge pending against him to a misdemeanor.
Officials said, “The police officer was injured during the assault, which is punishable by up to four years in prison, and misdemeanor count of aggravated assault, which carries of a maximum penalty of one year in jail.”
The plea deal Trey Songz rejected offered him to plead guilty to one count of attempted resisting and obstruction of a police officer an one count of aggravated assault and would be required to undergo a alcohol and drug screening and anger management counseling.
