LIL YACHTY MADE A LITTLE MONEY THIS YEAR! OK, YACHTY!
2016 has been a great year for Lil Yachty! From debuting his first mixtape to signing to three record labels (Quality Control Music, Motown Records and Capital Control Records). This Christmas was just the icing on the cake. Yachty showed off his impressive display of gifts for his mother via Instagram. The luscious list of gifts included: a Birkin bag, a Chanel Bag, a Céline Bag, Chanel Runners, Hermes hats, blankets, and bracelets, Louis hats and scarfs, Chanel Polos, Gucci sweaters, shirts, and belts. Can we say “BALLLLINNGGG?!” Yachty went to Instagram with his gifts and captioned the photo, “All for my beautiful Queen. 19 Years You’ve worked hard to make sure my Christmas was the best… now this is Christmas is all about you. I love you mama 4ever. Merry Christmas Yall.” Despite Yachty’s efforts to acknowledge his love and appreciation for his mother, you know there was a hater amongst the crowd. An IG user commented under Lil Yachty’s post calling him out for wasting his (own) money on name brand things for his (own) mother. Oh, Lil Yacthy wasn’t going to let that slide. Yachty clapped back posting, “I bought my mom a house, car and paid off all her loans already,” he snapped back. “My money is also hers, so my savings is hers. I purchased these things simply because it was always her dream to have it. I ‘really got it like that.’ Stop being so bitter. You must not have a family.”
