GOOD NEWS FOR 22-YEAR-OLD SHMURDA
22-year-old Bobby Shmurda has officially been offered a plea deal in his prison contraband case.
Shmurda was caught in possession of a “sharpened metal instrument” while in jail and pleaded ‘not guilty’ when he went on trial in July of 2015.
Reportedly, Shmurda received said metal object from his girlfriend, Kimberly Rousseau, while serving in New York’s Rikers Island prison.
If convicted for the crime, he would regularly be serving up to 7 years. Luckily for Shmurda, he was offered a plea deal by a district attorney yesterday. The deal states that if he pleads guilty for the contraband case, he will serve 1-4 years to be ran consecutively with his previous 7-year sentence for conspiracy to commit murder, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and more.
