Jhene Aiko has recently posed nude for PETA, in support of their anti-fur campaign calles “Drop the Fur.” Jhene was awarded PETA’s 2016 “Sexist Vegan.”

During an interview with PETA, she explained why she became a vegan. For 2 years she has been a vegan due to health reasons. She recalls a time she was sick and went to the hospital and the doctor told her it was because of things she ate. From that moment Jhene Aiko became a vegan. It also supports the cause for ethical reasons. Jhene expressed how she feels about animals being used for fur, she said, “They’re electrocuted, beaten, drowned, skinned alive. Once you know that, how could you think wear fur is cool? It’s not.”
