Beyonce got nominated for 9 grammy awards, taking the lead for the highest amount of nominations. Beyonce’s “Lemonade” album made a breakthrough in the industry and paid off, seeing as the album got nominated for best album of the year, and her song on that album titled “Formation” got nominated for song of the year. Rihanna, Drake, and Kanye West both tie at second place as they follow behind Queen Bey with 8 nominations. The grammy awards will be live on February 12th, 2017. Adele and Justin Bieber also get nominated for multiple awards as well, we will see who takes the crown at this years grammys!
