Kanye West has checked out of a week long stay at UCLA Medical Center following his mental breakdown.
According to TMZ, West is now home with his wife and kids. They said he the hospital under the care of his wife, and his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam… who called 911 the day Kanye was admitted. West will continue ongoing psychological and medical treatment.
