THE 19-YR-OLD ATLANTIC RECORDS RAPPER TAKES TO IG UPON RELEASE
Kodak Black was at a jail in Florence, S.C. on charges of criminal sexual conduct and was released today on $100,000 bond. The rapper took to Instagram saying,
“I’m happy to finally be going home to my family and friends,” he wrote in the caption. “I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future. I want to thank God, my family, my team (Vanessa, Phatboy and James McMillan), Atlantic Records, my lawyers and all of my fans for your continuous love and support. I can’t wait to get back to doing what I love most – working at being the illest rapper alive.”
Kodak was accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a hotel after a performance in South Carolina. His lawyers claim they are “confident” Kodak black will be found innocent upon trial.
