Lil’ Wayne took to Twitter today to respond to the blacklash he has been receiving for his comments about Black Lives Matter on Nightline. (Which can be seen below.)
This shouldn’t be anything new to people because Lil’ Wayne made comments before saying that he has never experienced racism and he doesn’t think it exists. Then after all day of people on social media letting Weezy know how they felt about it. Wayne tweeted today “Is intelligence always misunderstood?”

Wayne did apologize for his comments. He said that he was agitated because of the interviewer, Lindsey Davis. Lindsey asked him about people referring to his daughter as a b-word. From there it seems like it went downhill with his responses. Wayne told TMZ that he apologizes to anyone he offended.
