Popular Disney Junior series Doc McStuffins has been failing to pay the show’s young star her share of merchandise revenue, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court.

Anitra Muhammad is suing Disney Character Voices and Studiopolis on behalf of the teen actress who voices Dottie “Doc” McStuffins, Kiara Muhammad.

Muhammad has played the character since 2010 through single-day recording sessions, according to the complaint. At the beginning of each day, a new agreement is signed and at the end of each day the employment is terminated. Keep it locked to Streetz  94.5 Holiday season Live
