MICHAEL JACKSON BECOMES FORBES’ TOP-EARNING DEAD CELEBRITY!
Michael Jackson has earned his position at the top of Forbes’ Top Earning Dead Celebrities list. According to Billboard, Jackson was paid $115 million for a deal with Sony/ ATV publishing company.
Sony bought half of Jackson’s assets for $750 million earlier this year. This was the largest payout that has ever been received by an artist to date.
Jackson topped artists like Prince who was on Forbes’ list at number 5 with $25 million and Elvis Presley at number 4 with $27 million in earnings.
Although the music legend passed nine years ago, Michael Jackson’s legacy lives on.
