Charlotte’s City Council hosted a forum for Charlotte citizens recently after another unarmed black man Keith Lamont Scott was shot and killed by Charlotte police. Citizen are angry and expressed their dissatisfaction with the mayor and police during the forum.
Nine year old Zianna Oliphant was compelled to speak and gave an emotional speech that ultimately touched the hearts of many, going viral on twitter and other social media sites.
