Carlos “Shawty Lo” Walker was a famous Atlanta rapper known for his hits with former group D4L as well as his own hit records
He was in a car accident on I-285 coming from strip club, Blue Flame. The crash was initially described as a hit and run and was later confirmed to be a single car accident. According to police, the white Audi flew over a guardrail , hit two trees,and burst into flames. Forty year old Shawty Lo was ejected from the car and pronounced deceased on the scene.
There were also two female passengers in the car that were transported to Grady; fortunately with no life treating injuries
