CUDI LOSES CUSTODY OVER HIS BABY GIRL
Kid Cudi’s and his daughter’s mother, Jacqueline Munyasya, have been battling toe to toe about who while get custody of their daughter. After the reoccurring back and forth between the two, Munyasa has been granted an order of protection against him.
The order, says that Cudi must stay away from her and cease ALL contact. Alledgedly, Munyasya says he’s been causing her emotional distress, and once demanded that she stop letting their daughter hang out with white people.The battles between the former couple aren’t new, it goes as far back to 2010; she sued Cudi over custody and child support.
In the new case, Munyasya says Cudi texted her over 168 times within the last 3 days in August, threatening to call child protective services, and that he was going to send a guy to her house. She also says that he threatened to create a social media hashtag, to be able to see his daughter Vada, titled #JusticeForVada — to rally the public’s support against her.
As a result, the judge granted Jacqueline the order of protection against him. It will remain in effect until August 18th 2017.
