0

The BET Awards are gearing up for another unforgettable night as organizers have officially announced the first wave of performers set to take the stage for the 2026 ceremony. Leading the lineup is rap superstar Cardi B, who enters the show as this year’s top nominee with six nominations. Joining her will be an impressive mix of hip-hop, R&B, and soul heavyweights, including Doechii, Tems, Kehlani, Rick Ross, T.I., Common, Jill Scott, and Don Toliver.

This year’s show will also feature a highly anticipated reunion performance from French Montana and Max B, while legendary entertainer Queen Latifah is expected to deliver a special performance that could include new music. Rising R&B artist kwn will appear on the BET Amplified stage, and acclaimed duo The War and Treaty will also join the lineup. BET confirmed that veteran host and announcer MC Lyte will return for another year as the voice of Culture’s Biggest Night.

Hosted by comedian and social media star Druski, the 2026 BET Awards will air live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on June 28. Additional performers, presenters, and special guests are expected to be announced in the coming days as anticipation continues to build for one of the biggest nights in music, entertainment, sports, and culture.
