
MABLETON, Ga. — Six Flags Over Georgia is kicking off an ambitious recruitment effort ahead of its 2026 season, announcing plans to hire thousands of new team members as part of a nationwide hiring push tied to Valentine’s Day.
The metro Atlanta area theme park revealed that it aims to bring on approximately 2,400 new employees in time for its March 14 opening day, contributing to a broader initiative by the parent company to fill 50,000 positions across the United States.
Officials say the hiring efforts will kick off with a week-long “hiring blitz” beginning Sunday, Feb. 14, aligned with National Hiring Week, and will include a variety of in-person events and job fairs where applicants can apply, be interviewed, and begin the onboarding process.
“We can’t wait to kick off another season of new food and beverage upgrades, exciting seasonal events and unforgettable fun,” said park leadership in a statement, highlighting opportunities ranging from entry-level roles to leadership positions for enthusiastic, hardworking candidates.
