In Georgia, Delta Air Lines earned the top spot, praised for its employee-focused environment, with Apple and Lockheed Martin following in second and third. Salesforce claimed fourth place, while General Motors rounded out the top five.

From unlimited standby travel and profit-sharing bonuses to extensive training programs, comprehensive healthcare, and family care support, the airline creates an environment where employees feel valued and invested in. Team members can also earn up to five weeks of vacation, contributing to a healthy work-life balance. These efforts have paid off—roughly 95% of Delta’s workforce chooses to stay, a testament to the company’s commitment to long-term employee satisfaction.
Other notable employers recognized in the state include Nike, Southwest Airlines, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Comcast, reflecting a diverse range of industries committed to creating strong work environments.
