Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens is set to kick off his re-election campaign next week by officially filing for the upcoming mayoral race and outlining his vision for a second term.
Following his qualification, Dickens will hold a press conference to share his future priorities and reflect on major accomplishments from his first term. His announcement comes as several challengers β including Walter Reeves, Lamar Marcus, Helmut Domagalski, Kalema Jackson, Larmetria Trammell, and Ocean Zotique β have already entered the race.
The cityβs mayoral election is scheduled for November 4.
