The “Two Peachtree Streetz” Office building is now turning residential located in “Downtown Atlanta”. The building is 41 stories and the plans are to implement 600-700 affordable housing units. This news comes as part of Mayor “Andre Dickens” plans for creating 20,000 new affordable homes.
This building was specfically chosen because of its location and population of unhoused citizens.
