Neighbors in a Cobb County neighborhood are ordered to shelter inside as police work to capture a barricaded gunman firing shots Tuesday morning.
The situation is unfolding on Kingsley Drive in Marietta.
Police said neighbors called 911 around 5:30 a.m. to report gunshots. When officers arrived, they said the man was shooting inside and outside the home.
Cobb County police tweeted that the gunman is still actively shooting in the area.
SWAT is assisting with negotiating with the gunman.
All neighbors on Kingsley Drive between Castle Lane and Vinyard Court need to shelter in place.
