Harvey Weinstein Was Found Guilty On 2 Counts
A jury found Harvey Weinstein guilty on two of the five criminal allegations he was facing in New York.
Weinstein was found guilty of criminal sexual assault in the 1st degree, mainly because of Project Runway creation colleague Miriam Haley, and rape in the 3rd degree, based on the entertainer Jessica Mann.
He was remanded into custody against the fights of his lawyer, who referred to his wellbeing, and is right now being held at Bellevue Hospital prison ward in Manhattan. Weinstein looked ashed and flimsy as he was surrounded by officials who helped escort him out of the court.
