A gadget that can test to check whether somebody is high on pot is on the way. Police said a pot breathalyzer could help stop individuals from driving under the influence which puts themselves as well as other people in danger.
With more states legitimizing or decriminalizing pot police said developing numbers of individuals are driving high.
