XXXTentaction’s mother Cleopatra Bernard is fighting her late son’s baby mama Jenesis Sanchez in court over custody of his son Gekyume.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Florida judge recently appointed a Guardian Ad Litem in the case involving Cleopatra and Jenesis.
A Guardian Ad Litem is appointed by the court to investigate “what solutions would be in the “best interests of a child.” The official will look into the family situation and determine where a child should live the majority of the time and who should have custody.
The court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem filed a report on his findings in the court battle.
