{DEM 404 BOYZ} Supreme Court To Hear Three Cases Over Trump’s Financial Records

0

It was reported on Friday that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear three cases over President Donald Trump’s financial record next year. Trump is the first president in over forty years that has not willingly shared his tax records publicly. The nine-member panel has a 5-4 conservative majority, including two Trump appointees, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

These hearings are set to be the most high-profile of the term,  and will also test the court’s newly constituted conservative majority. It is anticipated that a final decision will be made by the end of June of 2020, in the middle of the presidential election.

The hearings will begin in March of 2020.
