Robbery on Thanksgiving leaving two teens dead. More details inside…

A pregnant 18-year-old and her highschool sweetheart discovered dead in a vehicle on Thanksgiving Day were killed as the aftereffect of a burglary, McDonough police said Monday.

Police on Friday captured Aljahon Joyner, 17, regarding the passings of Savannah Fulmer and her 19-year-old boyfriend, Dahmir Robinson. Fulmer and Robinson were shot to death and found in a vehicle left on New Orleans Way.

“The motive for these murders was a drug-related robbery,” McDonough police Maj. Kyle Helgerson said in a news discharge.

Neighbors revealed to Channel 2 Action News they had never observed the vehicle, which had a place with Fulmer’s family, in the City Square subdivision previously. Tara Wells considered police the morning of Nov. 28 when she moved toward the vehicle and saw a male traveler with “a projectile injury to the sanctuary,” she said.

Fulmer, a senior at Eagle’s Landing High School who played for the softball crew, and Robinson, a 2019 alumni of Woodland High School, had been seeing each other for three years, as indicated by family. She was anticipating their first kid.

Joyner is being held without bond on two checks of homicide, one tally of feticide, two tallies of outfitted burglary and two checks of exasperated ambush, just as related weapons charges.
