Being the class clown has been known to get you into a little trouble with the school, but imagine it ending with you in handcuffs! A 13-year-old Dade County student has been charged with false report of using a firearm in a violent manner after quoting Florida rapper “9lokkNine” song “Bounce Out Wit Dat Glockk9”.

The teen began disrupting the classroom by claiming to have a wedgie and then proceeding to pull his pants down. The teacher then reportedly asked the student to sit at a desk near her, but the student responded “no” and continue to finish his conversation amongst his peers. After the student was asked to leave the classroom multiple times and he finally walked out reciting, “This is not over, I got my Glock 9”!

Pasco Sheriff’s Office interviewed the student and he admitted to initially refusing to leave the class and repeating the song lyric. The 13-year-old told authorities; “I did not mean to harm anyone… I would not harm anyone,” the statement was meant to be a joke despite the teacher’s feelings.

One member of staff said she had “felt threatened” by the student’s claim and believed he was “trying to intimidate her.” Providing his own statement, the second teacher said the teenager had leaned back into the room and made the gun threat as he was exiting the class.
