It’s no secret that Kevin Hart has top flight security being that he is such a big name comedian star. Based on a recent lawsuit it seems that Kevin Hart’s bodyguards may have needed to use a bit more restraint.
Allegedly Hart’s security left a woman with a broken face after being pushed on the NYC concrete in efforts of making way for the comedic star. Apparently, she was simply minding her business when the incident took place.
The woman is identified as Carmen Marrero says that Hart was leaving a screening of “The Upside” when she was shoved into the ground.
Since the incident left Marrero with a fractured face and she is suing Kevin Hart, his production company, and SAG-AFTRA for assault and battery while asking for an undisclosed amount of damages.
