STEVIE J ALLEGEDLY FEARS FOR BONNIE BELLA’S SAFETY
Stevie J has asked a judge to award him full custody of his, and Joseline Hernandez’s, three-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella.
He claims Joseline committed “parental alienation” after she moved to Florida to intentionally cut him out of his daughter’s life. He is claiming Joseline won’t let him visit his daughter and that she does not allow him any communication with her which violates their paternity agreement.
In addition to the parental alienation allegations, Stevie says that he fears for Bonnie’s safety and well being. He has emphasized that he is more mentally and financially stable and that his home with his new wife, Faith Evans, offers a safer and more loving environment to raise Bonnie.
If awarded full custody, he’s requesting Joseline pay child support.
