HE JUST CAN’T STAY OUT OF TROUBLE…
Promoter Nicholas Fitts is suing Kodak Black for blowing off numerous concerts after Kodak executed a talent engagement agreement with Fitts in 2017. The suit claimed he was contractually bound to perform on March 3, 2017, in New York, but the rapper never showed up. He then agreed to do a “makeup date” in April 2017 but failed to appear there as well. Third times a charm! At least that’s what Fitts thought when he reluctantly agreed to give Kodak another shot and scheduled a third show but once again the rapper was a no show. Fits says he came out of tens of thousands on venue rentals and pre-promotion. He also claims that because Kodak Black refused to fulfill his contractual obligations under the terms of the Agreement he has suffered big losses in ticket revenue, totaling more than $500,000.
