FIRST HIS SHOW AND NOW LITTLE BIG SHOTS
Steve Harvey has lost his hosting gig on NBC’s Little Big Shots to Melissa McCarthy. The news came days after the announcement that his daytime talk show The Steve Harvey Show, which was later changed to Steve, would be airing its last episode in June after being replaced by Kelly Clarkson’s new talk show. Harvey has been hosting Little Big Shots for three seasons but it seems NBC believes that McCarthy’s energy is just what the show needs. NBC’s co-chairman of entertainment Paul Telegdy told People Magazine in a statement that the actress “will bring a completely fresh perspective to the show.”
