“Act up you can get snatched up. Periodt”
Former Love and Hip Hop Hollywood star, Hazel E has come to Instagram to start some new beef with the city girls. A few days ago, the rapper was on her Instagram live along with one other person who was playing the single over and over. During the live, the two discussed how very much alike city girls “Act Up” sounded to her single “Acting Up.” As expected, an individual screen recorded the live and it ended up on The Shade Room’s Instagram page. The Miami-based rapper clapped back in The Shade Room’s comments, stating that the City Girls didn’t steal anything from anybody and that surgery is “going to her head.” Now apparently, Hazel E has threatened to sue Yung Miami for stealing her beat to her single she dropped in 2017.
After the social media blog shared the screen recorded live, many fans stated their opinions about the controversy, including one person who wrote: “Song been out for how long and we’re just now hearing these claims?”
However, Hazel-E is not going to stop until she gets her cut. She posted a screenshot of her albums and songs on her Instagram page, with the caption saying: “People be mad asf at the truth ??♀️ @girlcodeinc it’s been my lifestyle. Periodt in my @citygirls voice.” She then posted another picture on her Instagram page basically stating that her version of “Actin Up” might not be the best but she is going to fight for what’s hers.
