PAY IT FORWARD!
Fulton County mother, Tynesha Evans, was killed by her boyfriend, Othniel Inniss. Inniss planned to meet with Evans to help her pay for rent and other expenses, but instead he shot her. “She can’t kiss me. She can’t tell me to wake up in the morning after I missed my alarm. She can’t. She’s not here,” said Evans’ daughter Sakemia Turner.
Tyler Perry, known for acting, directing, and his extreme generosity, caught wind of the tragic situation and offered to lend a helping hand. Perry reached out to the family and offered to take care of their rent. He also said he would arrange to fly Evans’ body back home to her home town in Wisconsin for burial. The family finds peace in this act of kindness in the midst of their grieving. “This amazing. We can’t thank him enough,” Sharadiant Turner said.
Before Perry assured the family would be taken care of, they were worried about their mother’s debt with their place of residency, Webb Bridge Crossing Apartments. According to Evans’ daughter, she owed over $3,000 and was on the brink of eviction.”When we lose where we lay our head, we lose memories of her. Every time I walk into the kitchen, I see my mom cooking, dancing and singing and, if you remove me from there, I’m not gonna have that memory,” Shakemia Turner said.

Othniel Innis was arrested at the scene and charged with murder and aggravated assault.
