T Pain is the latest artist to speak on Tekashi69’s allegedly snitching. T Pain says that if he was placed in a similar position as 6ix9ine, that he would also snitch.
He explains the situation from Tekashi’s point of view and urges people to look at the fact that he is still very young and has a family to take care of.
T Pain also questions, at what point does family become more important than street life, while also reiterating that if he was under similar circumstances, it would be an absolute no brainer to cooperate with authorities in order to get a lesser prison sentence.
6ix9ine is reportedly cooperating with federal investigators to bring down the criminal organization known as the Nine Trey Bloods, that he got involved with in late 2017. In court he reportedly admitted that he joined the gang in an effort to boost his street image and rap career.
Since the paperwork of him allegedly snitching surfaced, many artists have denounced him. Casanova seems to think that 6ix9ine will be home in 2 years or less, and will still be able to have a successful rap career, but Lil Boosie says that Tekashi would have to apologize to everyone and switch his image if he wanted to continue doing music.
