I’m Loving It!

Daniel Willis Taylor, 40, of Clearwater, Florida, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of simple battery after he leaped forward and aggressively grabbed a McDonald’s employee across the counter on New Year’s Eve. Video hit the internet Tuesday showing the young lady defending herself with a hectic combo of punches to the man’s head and body after he looked to harm her as she stood behind the counter.

But what the majority of viewers are outraged about is that the store manager of the St. Petersburg location to be fired for refusing to assist his employee who was being attacked, but also for not immediately escorting the man off of the store premises or even contacting law enforcement, instead he allowed the assaulting customer to finish his order. The white man can be seen pointing his finger at the manager and demanding the young lady to be “fired.”

Online Pinellas County arrest records show the 5′ 8,” 135-pound Taylor was charged with the two counts of 1st-degree simple battery for barking up the wrong tree apparently inciting a flurry of furious blows to the face as she stood her ground. Baffled coworkers tried to hold the young female employee before ultimately coming from behind the counter to pull the two apart. See for yourself below:
