The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office in Florida posted a mugshot of Charles Dion McDowell, 31, on Facebook, which quickly went viral as viewers focused on the size of McDowell’s neck. McDowell was wanted for allegedly fleeing from police and being in possession of drugs and has since been arrested and is now being held on a $57,000 bond.
