Recently, a woman named Arabella Juniper-Torres called the police on Darsell Obregon. Sources say Obregon was standing under a doorway waiting on her uber ride, while it was raining.
However, Arabella was disturbed by Obregon presence and called the police. In the video, you see Arabella continuously harassing Darsell.
