A shoot out occurred outside of the Kroger along Wesley Chapel Road on Friday around 4 PM.
According to the police, there was a group of people possibly armed following a man and woman. The suspects and victims ended up in a shoot out. No one was injured or hit by the gunfire. Investigators believe the suspects attempted to rob or car jack the victims.
The suspects have been identified as Austin Harris, 18 and Andrew Banks, 23. Both will face the court with two counts of theft by taking and aggravated assault.
The case is still ongoing and more details are expected to be revealed.
