Pennsylvania Judge Genece Brinkley decision was over ruled by The Supreme Court ! Brinkley decided that Meek should remain behind bars and a hearing should be set to discuss his case. According to TMZ, Pennsylvania Supreme Court suggested that Brinkley be removed from the case period. Judge Genece Brinkley’s lawyer, A. Charles Peruto, Jr. stated that his “client maintains that she has been fair throughout the decade that she has been overseeing Meek’s case, but Brinkley does NOT want to remove herself!
Peruto also claims that Brinkley does not feel like The Supreme Court is going against her ruling in any way, and plans to continue her plan to rule in favor of the initial conviction.
