Joshua Milkovich, walked into a Little Caesars pizza parlor on a Sunday night to order himself some pizza.
After Joshua got his pizza, he proceeded to his car which at the time had only three wheels.
According to Canton police, Joshua Milkovich, was missing a tire as he drive his car around on Sunday night all while drunk and high off of narcotics.
Police say they got several calls from concerned citizens who were worried he had gotten into accident.
Police found him on the 1900 block of Mount Vernon, where his car broke down.
He was charged with an OVI and taken to Stark County Jail.
