A hearing was held to renegotiate the terms of his probation as YoungBoy was deemed “a threat to society and the safety of others.” The judge in his case decided not to cancel the rapper’s three-year probation, instead adding several terms for YoungBoy to follow along the way.

The Advocate reports that after NBA YoungBoy was arrested in February for a domestic-violence offense, a motion was filed for his probation to be revoked. The judge decided that instead of revoking his probation, he would add some severe terms that, if YoungBoy fails to cooperate with, he could face serious legal trouble. Unless he is traveling to Atlanta for court dates, he will not be allowed to leave Louisiana for the next 6 months. Additionally, YoungBoy is being restricted from posting to social media or frequenting bars or nightclubs. On top of these details, the rapper will need to have a GPS monitor installed, complete a domestic abuse violence program, and enroll in a GED program.

The terms of his probation will be reviewed on May 18.
