SZA expects her next album to be the best music she’s made in her life.
In a interview with Flaunt, SZA explained that she’s prepared to rise above the disappointment and work on her next project, which she says will be her last because she’s miserable.
“My world got so much smaller so fast. I have so much to write about. I feel like I’m in a cage. I’m making the best album of my life for this next album and I know that…because it’s going to be my last album, she said.”
SZA also caught up with Complex to discuss what exactly she meant and give clarification about what her future will look like. “I’ll probably just do something different, something visual, probably film,” she said. “I’m really frustrated, and I’m kind of over it. I have a lot of anxiety and there’s a lot going on in my life.”
Even though this is her plan, she is getting ready to go on The Championship Tour with the rest of the TDE in May.
