SEE WHAT THE JUDGE PRESIDING IN KODAK BLACK’S CASE HAS BEEN BANNED FOR!

The judge presiding in Kodak Black’s case has been banned from “All matters involving criminal court”, due to inappropriate comments.

Boward County Senior Judge, Joel Lazarus, was caught making controversial statements on an open mic in court. A bystander in the courtroom recorded the footage of the judge saying “I’ll double the bond to those incidents that take place in my neighborhood. Closer to my house, the higher the bond”.  Judge Lazarus’s says this has always been his rule. The judge was referring to a case involving a burglary that occurred near his home.

Although the judge made these inappropriate statements, in his defense  Lazarus says he was only trying to be amusing. However he apologizes in saying, ““People say things in jest all the time, it was unfortunate, I shouldn’t have said it”.

Chief Judge Tuter agrees that his comments were clearly inappropriate and has already informed Lazarus that he will be banned from all criminal cases.
